What we can help with
Bug reports for any of the developer tools, partnership inquiries, press questions, and general notes about any of the products are all welcome. We read everything that comes in. Replies usually land within a few business days. This is a small operation, so don't expect Slack-speed turnaround — but we don't ignore the inbox either, and we don't auto-respond with a stock template.
What we can't help with
Free consulting calls, "can I pick your brain for half an hour" requests, and paid-feature requests for the developer tools aren't something we're set up for right now. If you have a real partnership idea, write it out and send it over. If you want to chat about your project's architecture, your billing rate probably beats ours and we'd recommend you find a paid consultant.
