What this site collects, what it doesn't, and what stays on your device on the products.
Company-wide stance
Ultim8Soft doesn't collect the content you put into our products. On the developer tools site, what you paste into a tool stays in your browser tab and never reaches our servers. On the mobile apps, when they ship, your content will stay on the device the same way. On the units converter, when it ships, your queries will stay in the browser the same way. This is a single stance applied across the portfolio, not a per-product opt-in or a tier you have to pay for.
Analytics on this marketing site
Honest disclosure: this corporate marketing site at www.ultim8soft.com uses Google Analytics 4 to count page views, track referrer sources, and see roughly which pages get traffic. That's standard marketing-site instrumentation. The privacy promise on the developer tools — that your inputs stay in your browser — is a promise scoped to the tools themselves and the tool inputs. It isn't a promise about visit counts on the marketing site you're reading right now. We separate those two things on purpose, and we're telling you the difference up front rather than pretending the marketing site is somehow analytics-free. If you'd prefer not to be counted, browser-level tracking blockers handle that fine.
Cookies
Analytics cookies on this corporate marketing site only. No third-party tracking cookies, no advertising cookies on www.ultim8soft.com. The developer tools site at tools.ultim8soft.com has its own cookie setup covered by its own privacy policy.
Per-product privacy
Each product publishes its own privacy policy. The Online Tools privacy policy is live today and has stricter scope than this one because the tools handle inputs you might care about more than a homepage visit. The Mobile Apps and Units Conversion privacy policies will publish alongside their respective launches. The stance across all of them stays the same: no collection of the content you put into the product.
Privacy questions
If you have a question about any of this, send it to the contact address below. Privacy questions get the same best-effort few-business-days reply as everything else in the inbox, and they get read by a person rather than routed through a ticketing system.
